They are all poems written by Linda Eve Diamond from Hollywood.
Linda is a more than just an ordinary poet. She is an extraordinary person with a heart that will warm you and create desire, a wit with extraordinary insight that will inspire, enlighten and transform your listening experience.
Originally from New jersey, she transplanted herself in South Florida just a few years ago and has flourished into this wonderful inspiration.
Listening to her is a delight to the ears, and that's saying a lot since I have never enjoyed hearing poetry until I heard hers. And speaking of listening, she is also the author of Rule #1 Stop Talking! A Guide To Listening, an intriguing book on how to do the very thing we don't do much of these days.
Stephen Rechtschaffen, MD Co-Founder of the Omega Holistic Institute has this to say about her book; "In a world rushing by and filled with so much noise, nobody seems to be listening. Linda Eve Diamond has brought forth a book that opens a door to deep listening, something simple yet powerful to improve relationships, work and well-being. Good lessons and important tools in a busy life."
Linda gives poetry readings several times a month at differrent locations. You can find out her schedule by going to her website: LindaEveDiamond.com and click on the "Events" link at the top of the page.
This month her readings were at the monthly Hollywood Artwalk a once a month event in historic downtown Hollywood.
The monthly Artwalk is a pedestrian tour of downtown Hollywood galleries and businesses for a night of art, hors d'oevres and wine. The event starts at The Comfort Zone on Harrison St, where participants can get a map, of participating stores, that will guide them on this wonderful experience.
